Manager, entrepreneur, business owner. Worked in industry for over a decade as a Contract Performance Manager managing multi-million dollar projects – executing and performing ahead of schedule and under budget. Leveraging background and education, MG understands the need to manage cash flow.
Experience – personally overseen or conducted renovations including driveways and sub-roads, foundations, bricklaying, and concrete forming, wood framing, plumbing, plastering, and stucco; electrical installation, and upgrade HVAC and duct work; Roof installation, repair, and replacement. Nancy Spanial, mother of six children, currently resides in Odessa TX. Before making Real Estate her career, she was the wife of a Naval Officer who transitioned to the business world – moving the household frequently. Nancy is married for 27 years to MG Spanial, a real estate investor.
Nancy knows what it takes to move to a new location and find that perfect home for those you love. She has a unique perspective of relocation because it has been a part of her life. Nancy’s father was even a career serviceman. Settled in the West Texas, she has concentrated on developing an in-depth understanding of neighborhoods, school systems, and the things that concern families moving to the area. Shopping and multifamily housing are part of that experience. With this perspective she sees what translates to great commercial investments meeting the needs of families in the area.
